Q: How do you know if he likes you in the first place ?
What if he tries to make you shy , laughs when you get shy , then mocks you and stuff..
Then gets you to send him a pic of you , then asks you to kiss him on the cheek 'cause he came to see you on your birthday?
It sounds like he likes you , honestly . Maybe he just thinks it's cute when you get shy . If he wants a kiss on the cheek , give him one ! I mean , what's the worse that could happen really ? I can only advice you to be a bit hard to get . Just slightly . Give him what he wants , he's clearly making an effort , but when he mocks you say something playful like 'We are the same' , or 'Yeah , that's why we're made for eachother.' Laugh and smile a lot , too .

Be independent .
- You might be dying to call him , but don't do it every day . Talk to him for three days , then just small talk for two , before talking again for real . (unless he initiates the conversation on those two days)
It will keep the conversation fresh with always something to talk about . Also , it'll make him miss you . If he calls you , answer . If he asks why you haven't talked to him , just say "Oh , I'm sorry babe , I don't know , I guess I didn't have any news."

Compliment him directly .
- Instead of saying "I like you shirt" say "That shirt looks good on you."
"I like it that dance" -> "I like the way you dance"
It might not seem like too much , but it does make a difference .
