NOT MINE I SAW THIS ON TUMBLR:

What do you want to say to the girls who cry themselves to sleep at night because they're so insecure?
His answer:
I’d ask why they care?
and they’d say I’m stupid, because of course they care about what people think. Everyone does.
And it’s true, we care about what other people think, but the other side of that is that, people don’t think.
A lot of people are scared about what the stranger walking by is thinking about you, or the people in line behind you, or the boy sitting two rows behind you in class.
You are caught up in that part of your own world, and I guarantee you, they are caught up in a part of their own. Chances are they don’t notice your flaws.
For every flaw you feel about yourself, someone else feels about themselves.
You worry about your hair and they worry about theirs. It’s the glory of being a selfish species, no matter how selfless our being is.
if YOU are not happy about how you look or who you are, you can change it. Never change or worry about yourself based on how you think someone else is thinking.
That’s long and I’m not sure I got my point across.
Basically, in short. Those that mind don’t matter, and those that matter don’t mind, and that’s because they love you for you not because of what you wear, or what you look like.
The only part of you that you should worry about is how you are to others and to yourself. Because you are still a mean person, if only to yourself, because you’re important.
I guess how I would like to end it is, if it was your best friend, or your sibling, or someone close telling you all of their insecurities (that just so happen to be the same as yours) think of what you would tell them, and then take your own advice. Because we are always kind to those we love, it’s just unfortunate that we don’t love ourselves.
