I almost hate the word beautiful. I mean, don't get me wrong, it's always nice to hear...but it's just so overused and generic. If you really want me to listen, compliment the little things, the small details, and you'll really make me feel extraordinary.

Today,
I was hanging out with a few of my guy friends at our local fair, and I was in the worst mood ever and having a horrible day. My hair was a mess, my make-up was smeared, and it was raining like a boss mixed in with the heat making it very humid and me very sweaty (ew I know). As we were walking through the booths, my friends are all joking around and I remain quiet. But then out of no where a random lady comes up to me and says "You are Very Beautiful." I was so flattered, and I thanked her and told her the world needed more people like her. Because of her, each day I am going to tell one girl I don't know that she is beautiful. Who knows, maybe one day I'll say it to you and meet a witty sister? :) <3
This woman gives me hope.

Today I had That moment...
Today is the day I realized I've become a Wittian. Even though my account isn't all that old, I've lurked here for almost a year. I used to have a social life, but now I come to the internet for support. I used to be pretty active, now I like to sit around and eat. Now I think throughout the day how I could make a quote instead of a facebook status.
But Most Importantly...
When he broke my heart...I thought, "At least my cat loves me!" without hesitation. Problem? No. :)

Girls always talk about the perfect boyfriend...
the one that does all those nifty things like giving you his jacket when you're cold, or always giving you his undivided attention...
But have you ever realized that true love isn't one sided? That if you truly "loved" the person you wouldn't be thinking what they should be doing for you, but what you can do for them? You should think about how to make THEM happy, not the other way around. Go get him a blanket if HE'S cold, make him a sandwhich, listen to his frustrations, have patience, support him, and do absolutely everything in you're power to make him happy without expecting his perfection in return.

Today my summer officially began...And I am heartbroken.
This year has been amazing for me, I've:
Gone to High School for the first time;
Been elected class officer;
Met the most amazing people;
Fell in love;
Stayed in love;
Found my future bridesmaids;
Cried on the shoulders of my true friends;
and found a happiness that can't be matched.
Now it's over...but Summer '12 will be just as great. <3
