I took another shot of vodka, and promised myself i'd stop there so I wasn't completely wasted. I looked over to my other side and saw Delia sucking face with a hot senior. I looked back and saw Zach staring at her with anger. I looked over and saw a nerdy kid standing all alone. I frowned a little and walked over to him, he was actually cute. "Why you all alone?" I asked. He stared at me as if it were a dream come true and also in complete shock. He finally said "I don't know, this isn't really my scene, i-i think i might just go." He studdered. I put my hand on his shoulder and whispered in his ear "How about you and I have a little fun tonight?". He looked over at me in more shock than before. "O-okay." He studdered. "What about Chris?" He asked. I sighed a little, he was right. Chris was amazing to me and I couldn't just hurt him like that. I smiled at him and took a pen from the desk behind us that he had been leaning against. I wrote my number on his hand. "If i'm single in the future, call me and that'll be our rain check for tonight. Text me anytime too, yanno, if you need a friend." I said nicely. He smiled and nodded. "Yeah, thanks." He said. He began to walk away but stopped and turned. "Chris is very lucky to have a girl who's commited and nice like you." He said. I smiled and nodded. "I'm sure you'd be the perfect boyfriend, go over and talk to that girl in the blue dress, she's been staring at you all night." I said with a wink. He looked over at the girl then back at me and smiled. As he walked away, Chris had been staring the whole time. He walked over and looked serious. "What was that about?" He asked. I stared at him and took his hand. "He was alone, and he needed somebody to talk to." I said partially lieing. "You're truly amazing." He responded. He leaned in and kissed me, but i pulled his t-shirt closer to me and we made out. From the corner of my eye I saw Delia coming out of a room and adjusting her dress. Five minutes later, the same guy she had made out with came out of the room. I stopped making out, and gasped to myself a little. "Is this too much?" He asked. "No-no it's not that." I said. "I'll be right back." I said as I ran after Delia.

My hand brushed down Delia's gorgeous red curls. I hairsprayed the finished product, and did her makeup. "Dani." Delia said. "Mhhm?" I moaned. "Make me look like a wh*re, but also something that screams I'm a Junior." I laughed to myself a little bit and nodded. I looked through her closet and found a C-sized gel push-up bra. "Perfect." I said. She slipped into her lace black dress and put on her black heels. She pushed up her boobs, and not going to lie, they looked huge. I texted Chris and told him to pick us up at Delia's house. 10 minutes later i realized i hadn't even gotten ready. I grabbed the curling iron and quickly re-curled my hair. I took off all my make-up and re-applied it. I borrowed Delia's short short plain red dress with a v-neck. I pushed up my bra and stuffed it a little. I sprayed perfume and scrunched my hair. I applied clear lip-gloss. We both looked in the mirror and laughed at how we looked like prostitutes. We heard the car beep, and we were off. We climbed into Chris' black ford SUV and his mouth dropped when he stared at us. Delia and I giggled a little bit. "Little over-dressed there, don't yah think?" He asked us, winking at me. "Delia's gettin' herself out there tonight, just thought i'd dress up so she wasn't alone." I smiled as i looked at Delia. She smiled back and we drove off to the adress of the party. "Woah..." Delia and I said at the same time as we looked at the house. It was a mansion! We parked to the side and we both pulled down our dresses. Clearly the parents weren't home because the music was blasting and we could see people pouring beer through the windows. Chris took my hand and we both went inside together. All the boys stared at my body, and I began to get a little cocky. I winked at all the boys when Chris wasn't looking and i scrunched my face as I took a shot of vodka. This was my night to have fun.
I'm gonna stop there so i can have more space to write about this party in the next chapter. Only nine more chapters guys! What do you want to happen in the end? And any ideas for my next series?(: keep reading, thank you guys! xoxox♥

The last bell of the school year rang, and everybody threw all their papers in the air as they ran out of the school chanting. I smiled a little because I was happy i made it through this year, especially with all the drama that had happened. I lost a friend, had my first heartbreak, and had my first pregnacy scare; all in one year. An arm was put around me, and i turned and saw Chris. I smiled and kissed his cheek. "Summer's here, how shall we celebrate?" He asked cheerfully. "I've gotta see Delia right now; i didn't see her at all today and i think she skipped the last day." I said with a bit of guilt. Chris frowned a little and i put my thumb on his chin. "There's a party tonight, we should go together." He said. I nodded and he stopped walking. I paused as i stood infront of his gorgeous blue eyes and brown justin bieber kid hair. His skinny jeans and black converse gave him that bad @ss look i loved and his blue formal button up with a white tank under it made him look even better. He hugged me tight out of the blue. "Is everything ok?" I asked with a little laugh. "I'm just so lucky to have you." He replied. I batted my big brown eyes and long eye lashes with a smile. "I'll text you after I see Delia, you can pick me up at my house, and we can go to the party." I said. He nodded and kissed my cheek. I walked to Delia's house since she lived right around the corner and knocked on her door. "Hey, sweetie." Delia's mother said. "Hi, is Delia here?" I asked. "Yeah she is, but she said she doesn't feel great and doesn't wanna see anyone right now." She said. "Can i please see her, it's important." I asked. She looked at me in confusion and opened the door all the way. "Go right ahead." She said. I walked into Delia's rich room and saw tissues next to her bed followed by a huge lump under the sheet which appeared to be her. "Delia." I said as i took the sheets off her. She whined and threw the sheets back on her. "You can't beat yourself up over this, he's just a guy." I said. She took the sheets off her head and i saw she had stil been in her outfit from yesterday. Her hair and makeup was all messed up. "That girl he was kissing was HIS ex girlfriend, before either of us!" She screamed. My heart dropped. How could I have been so stupid? I sighed and hugged her. "Get up, we're going to a party and we're gonna find you a guy." I insisted. "No.." She said. "Yes." I said as i got up and looked through her closet. I pulled out a short black dress and the curling iron lying on her closet floor. She half smiled and got up. Tonight was going to be great.
Sorry this took so long, i havn't been in the writing mood lately and i've been busy with friends since it's the summer! Hope you all liked this chapter, but the next one will be much more interesting(: keep reading! xoxox♥

"Hey guys!" I said as I spotted Delia and Zach. "This place is awesome! I can't believe i was debating on whether or not to go." Delia said with a laugh. I looked over at the girl and nodded my head towards the guy. She nodded and put her thumbs up. When Delia turned her head towards me i grabbed her hand. "Lets dance!" I said as i ran over to the dance floor with her. We both danced and laughed, and I saw the blonde go towards Zach's way and grab him. He looked over to Delia and when he saw she wasn't looking he smiled and followed the girl. She grinded on him, her bright pink pencil skirt and yellow v-neck stood out perfectly. She got closer to him, and he was enjoying it. She looked over at me quickly and forced her lips onto his. He didn't stop kissing her. "DELIA, LOOK AT ZACH!" I said as i pointed. She looked over and frowned. She stormed off and when Zach saw he ran after her. My heart sunk a little, and I began to feel the guilt, and it sucked. I looked over at Chris, and he came over to me. "Wanna go somewhere quieter?" He yelled. I nodded and he took my hand. I stood behind him so when I passed the girl i tapped her and handed her the money quickly. She took it, smiled and waved. Chris locked the door on the bathroom, and i was expecting things to turn out of hand, but we just talked that whole night. I told him about my childhood, and how i was bullied; he told me about how his brother died when he was 3 and how his parents seperated when he was 5 and gotten back together last year. Talking to him was so easy, and that's why I liked him so much. It made me realize i didn't need the kissing and making out in the realationship; i needed his company to make me happy. Besides the guilt of making my best friend heart broken, things were finally beginning to get better.

"Ohmygod we HAVE to go!" I began begging Delia. "An under 21 club is like THE place to bring your dates and have a romantic night with them!" I begged. "Yeah, i guess." Delia said as she shrugged. "So what's stopping you!?" I asked. "Alright alright." She said. "I'll go with Zach, are you sure your okay with this whole thing though?" She asked. "Yes!" I answered. She got up off of my bed and sighed. "We'll meet you there at 7." She said. I smiled and hugged her in excitement. As she left, i whispered to myself "So far so good." A couple hours later, I came home from the mall with a short dress with no straps that was all black. I wore a strapless push-up bra and, not gonna lie, stuffed a little. I curled my thin brown hair, and put on black heels. I applied liquid liner on the top of my eyelid, brushed some mascara on my eyelashes, and finished off with some black eyeliner. For an extra touch, i put on red lipstick to give Chris something to enjoy for the night. I tip-toed down the stairs and snuck out. Chris was waiting for me in the parking lot. I opened his car door and his mouth fell open. "You look..." I closed his mouth for him and kissed him spontaniously. He smiled a little and we began to drive to the club. We arrived a little early which was also part of my plan to break up Zach and Delia. I fixed Chris' plaid button up and examined his dark skinny jeans and black converse. I messed his hair up a little and smiled as i gazed into his gorgeous blue eyes. When we walked in hand and hand, i saw a cute girl standing with her friends. "Be right back." I said to Chris. I walked over to the group of girls that looked about 16. "Who wants to make some cash?" I asked. I took the girl with big boobs and blonde hair and went into a different room with her. "There's going to be a guy coming named Zach. I need you to take him when he's alone and makeout with him infront of a girl with red hair and a yellow dress, ok?" I explained. "That's easy." She said. "I'll give you 20 bucks after you've succeeded." I said. She nodded and winked "Sounds like a plan, boss." She said. She re-joined her friends and I went over to Chris. Everyone began crowding in the room and i spotted Delia and Zach hand in hand. It was go time.

The burst of warm air flew into my face as i walked out the door. I took out my white Iphone and clicked on Chris' contact and got ready to text him, but Delia's name popped up on my phone, i tapped answer. "What's up?" I asked. "Is everything okay?" She asked. "Yeah, it was a scare..i'm fine." I said quietly. "Ok good." She replied in a nervous tone. "Is everything okay with you?" I asked. "I think you should come over i have to tell you something." She said. I sighed and touched my pocket with the condom in it. What was i doing? I thought to myself. I couldn't possibly do anything after the whole scare I'd gone through. "I'll be over in a second." I said as i hung up. As i hung up i continued texting Chris. "Can't come, somethings come up ttyl." I typed. I pressed the send button and had my dad drive me over to Delia's. I closed my dad's car to his convertable and made my way towards the front door of her home. Delia half smiled and through the corner of my eye I saw Zach sitting on her couch. My eyebrow went up and I looked at Delia. "What's going on..?" I asked. Delia sat down next to Zach and took his hand. My heart dropped and ached. How could Zach have the nerve to be in the same room as both of us? "We got back together." Delia said. I wanted to slap Delia so hard to knock sense into her. How could she do this to me? How could she still have feelings for some two-timing pig!? "...Wow, that's great." I ended up saying. "I hope it's okay with you.." Zach said nervously. "It's fine, i'm with Chris now anyways." I said. Zach looked like he had been shot when i said that but quickly turned back to normal. "Cool." He said. "Is this all?" I asked. "Yeah, sorta." Delia said. "Alright, i'll see you two tomorrow." I said as i walked out the door heading towards my dad's convertable. My eyes stung staring at him, and my heart ached thinking that Delia could even think i'd be okay with this. I didn't know what to think of this whole thing, but i knew one thing, i had to break both of them up.

"I think i might be pregnant." I said. I just wanted to get it off my chest, and i didn't want any more secrets. I hid my face in my hands until i heard him move in his seat. "I didn't know you were sleeping around with boys." He said. I looked up at him. At this point all my tears were gone and i had none left. "It was only one time." I said. "It was a mistake, and you're such a great father and this wasn't you're fault because you've done nothing but raise me well since i've been here." I started babbling. "Dani." He said interrupting. "I'll scheduel a doctors appointment, and until we know for sure, nobody is to know about this." He instructed. I sat there without saying a word. He sighed and put his hands in his face like he was stressed. "Who have you told?" He said. "Delia and..." I began saying. I didn't finish my sentence because I didn't want my father to hate Chris when he has been nothing but great to me. "And..?" He asked. I bit my lip as the words slipped out. "Chris." I said. I looked down to avoid seeing his reaction. "Is Chris the father?" He asked. I nodded and my eyes began to water. "Daddy don't hate him, he's been nothing but nice to me and he hasn't done anything wrong." I said as i cried a little. He cleared his throat as if he was going to begin to cry. "He is a nice boy." He said. I looked up and stood up. I walked over to my dad and hugged his waist as i inhaled his Old Spice cologne. My head rested on his chest with a red button up and baggy jeans. I looked up at him and confessed. "I'm so scared dad." I said as tears streamed down my face. He kissed my forehead and put his arms around me. "Everything will be ok." He said. If i was pregnant, my future was gone. I wasn't ready to be a teen mother, let alone, as a sohpomore next year.

"Hey, what're you doing here?" Chris asked. His hair was messy and he was wearing a white t-shirt and plaid boxers. He looked cute even when he looked bad. "Is anyone home?" I asked seriously. "No, it's just me all day; you can come in." He said leaving me a path to enter. I walked in and went up his grey carpet stairs. I walked into his dark blue room with a twin bed and a black comforter. I sat on his squeaky bed and looked up at him. I fiddled my fingers and didn't know how to start. "We need to use protection for now on when we fool around.." I said slowly. Chris laughed a little. "Danielle, we only did that once, it's not like you're-" He stopped and his eyes got wide. "Oh my god is that what you were worried about yesterday!?" He said cautiously. He sat next to me and pulled me close to him. I nodded and took out another pregnacy test out of my pocket. He sighed deeply and put his hands in his face. "I already took one and it came out negative but i'm a week late." I said. I took my hair out of my ponytailed and blinked a couple times to still be a little cute and sincere about the whole thing. I cuffed my plaid button up and put my hands on my light caprees. I began to bite my lip as i got up. "We need to do this together..." I said. He nodded and followed me into the bathroom. After peeing, i pulled up my caprees and buttoned them carefully and zipped the zipper. I washed my hands and placed the test on the sink. Chris took my hand and held it. I looked at him and smiled a little, I'm glad he stayed calm about this whole thing like I was. 2 minutes later, 2 X's appeared next to eachother. I released his hand and my mouth fell open and tears began to overflow my eyes. I walked out of the room and raced down the stairs in tears hysterically crying. "Danielle!" Chris screamed running after me. I slammed his front door and ran as fast as i could. Chris raced after me and suprisingly he out-ran me. He grabbed my hand and looked down at his outfit but snapped out of that thought quickly. "We'll get through this together, I won't leave you and everything will be alright." He said fastly trying to catch his breath. I was so upset with myself i couldn't even look at him. I walked away and left him standing in the street in his boxers. I walked inside and found my dad sitting on the couch looking in my direction. "Danielle?" He said. He got up and noticed my tears. He got up and hugged me. "What's wrong?" He asked . I couldn't tell him, my heart began to pound fastly. He was a great father and i knew how dissapointed he would be, but i couldn't hide this from him forever. I sat him down and fiddled my fingers like I had in Chris' room. "Here goes nothing..." I thought.

Chapter 22
As i kept walking, i began to see a breakthrough of lights. Lights were hung above the lake, and flowers were pedaled in the grass. A picnic basket sat in the corner with a blue blanket. Chris came out from a tree with a corsage in his hand. He smiled and walked over to me. "Danielle, will you go to Spring formal with me?" He asked shyly. I nodded with no words to express how happy i was. He placed the corsage on my wrist, and put his pale hands in his pocket and pulled out a diamond bracelet from pandora. I looked at it and studdered. "C-chris, you didn't have to do this." I said. He placed the bracelet carefully on my other wrist. He slowly released his hand from my wrist and brushed it down into my hand. He took my hand and began walking to the picnic basket. We sat down, and he pulled out a salad and my favorite Ben and jerry's flavor icecream. I smiled and began nibbling at my salad. Once we both finished eating, we talked and layed out on the blanket. We laughed and stared into eachothers eyes, completely flirting. He took out his Ipod and played the song "I won't give up." By jason mraz. He took my hand and asked me to dance. I placed my head on his chest and moved slowly to the music. This had been everything i had ever wanted and more. He was sweet, and nice. He was touchy, but not too touchy. He stared into my eyes and smiled. "Is this a reason to still have feelings for me?" He asked. "Deffinetly." I replied. "Dani, will you be my girlfriend? I'd like to have a chance to proove to you I can be your guy." He asked while blushing a little. "Yes." I replied. He leaned in, and i did as well. We kissed slowly and softly. He began leading me towards the blanket as we were still making out. We sat down, and he began to take off my dress. I unbuttoned his tux, and then everything else just happened. 20 minutes later, we both sat there with nothing on, and cuddled with eachother while staring at the stars. Suddenly we began hearing crunching from the woods. We quickly put our clothes back on and rushed to take everything down. I grabbed the lights and threw everything in the picnic basket. Chris hopped to put his last shoe on while running. He grabbed his ipod and followed me to hide.We hid behind a tree while flashlights began searching around the lake. The police had found our spot. "Nothing here, Jim." A man said to another police officer. "Alright, let's get out of here." He replied. After 30 minutes we both began laughing. "That was soo close!" I said. "I know!" Chris said as he laughed. "Let's get you home, it's almost your curfew." He said. We both walked home hand in hand, and talked about school. Once my house appeared, he kissed my forehead and hugged me. "I had a great time." I said. "Me too." He replied. "See you tomorrow babe." He said. I walked inside and when i closed the door I leaned against it smiling and thinking of the wonderful night i had

Spring was finally here, and all the snow had melted. Me and Delia had more in common than i'd thought. We both moved here this year, we both dated Zach and fell into his trap, and we both had divorced parents. Right after school we hungout at her place. I found out she was poor, and had a one level home with her mom. She had to work and help chip in to pay the bills but that didn't stop her from enjoying life. Her room was amazing, though. She had pink walls, white carper, a huge crystalle shandelir, and a beautiful flower vase by her bedside. "I hope you don't mind me asking, but if you say you're poor, how can you afford this amazing room?" I asked. Delia laughed a little. "I saved my money since i was 7. When we moved here this room was awful and I had 3,000 dollars saved, so i put it towards this room." She explained. "Wow, that's amazing!" I said. I got distracted by the phone vibration in my hollister skinny jeans. I took it out and unlocked my Iphone. "Chris: Your reason is at the lake, 5'oclock, wear your dress from formal." it read. I smiled a little and looked at the time. "Oooooh, who was it!? Chris!?" Delia shrieked. I told her about everything with Chris, and about the closet before lunch. I nodded and showed her the text. "Why would he want you to wear your formal dress?" She said. I shrugged. I looked at the time that read 4:00. "Oh my god. I have to get ready." I said. "I'll come and help!" Delia offered. Delia drove us to my house, and she curled my hair and did my makeup perfectly. I slipped on my white dress and heels from formal. "How do i look?" I asked Delia. "Stunning." She said with a smile on her face. I made my way down the stairs, and Delia drove me to the side of the street where the lake opening was. "Have fun, and remember, don't get pregnant." She said sarcastically. I laughed and nudged her. I carefully made my way into the entrance of the woods, thinking about what on earth Chris could have planned.

"Delia." I said. She looked back at me with tears beginning to stream in her face. "Don't waste your tears on him like I did, he's not worth it, you can do so much better and I didn't mean to hurt you i just wanted you to know and i wanted to humiliate him and give him what he deserved." I explained. She stopped crying and examined me. "Thanks for warning me." She said. I nodded and hugged her, I know I had just met her, but I knew what it was like for nobody to be there for you. Her red, curly hair was in my face and i smelt her clean scented shampoo and hairspray. She let go of me and said "Wanna sit with me at lunch? We should get to know eachother better." I smiled and nodded. After taking exams all day, the lunch bell had finally rung. I made my way toward the Cafeteria as all the lights shut off leaving the school pitch black. Girls shrieked and boys gasped. A teacher had said "Make your way toward the nearest classroom!" As i was going into the English room, i was pulled strongly into the janitors closet. It was pitch black and I couldn't see a thing. "W-who's this?" I studdered. Suddenly lips were pressed against mine, and i retreated. "Who are you!?" I asked. A phone screen lit the room, and there appeared Chris' face. "Oh my god, Chris! You scared me." I said with a sigh of relief. Then i began to wonder about the kiss. "Why did you do that?" I asked. His face began to turn red with embarassment, but it turned back to white within a couple of seconds. "I wanted it to be a mystery." He confessed. I smiled a little. All of the feelings for Chris had been brought into that small closet with just one kiss. The lights in the closet had turned back on, and i heard kids beginning to walk the hallway. "Well, time to go to lunch." I said. As i began to open the door to leave, he grabbed my hand. "Wait." He said. "Danielle, do you still have feelings for me?" He asked. To be honest, i didn't know, even though all the feelings had been brought back in that closet, it made me wonder why i still had them if he hurt me by staying with Cassie. I looked at him and replied. "Give me a reason to." and left for lunch.

2 weeks later, it was time to return to school. Christmas and New Year's was great, i had gotten lots of clothes, and cleared my head a lot to mentally prepare for this day. I zipped up my pink northface, and tugged on my brown Uggs. I carefully put each finger through my white plush gloves, grabbed my backpack, and went to the bus stop. I could see my own breath and kept my head down to prevent my straightened, long brown hair from blowing in the freezing wind. I stood there alone at the bus stop, until i heard footsteps behind me. Chris appeared and we met eye contact. "Hey, how are you?" He asked. "Better, how about you?" I replied. "Great." He smiled. He looked at my neck and realized I had been wearing his cross necklace again and his face lit up like it was better than a christmas present. "Oh, do you want it back?" I asked getting ready to take it off. "No! It's fine. I'm just glad you're wearing it again." He confessed with a half smile. I returned the smile and the bus appeared infront of us. I walked on and sat down on the first seat staring out the window. As we appeared at school, I got off and opened the big red door. People were staring at me and clapping, referring to me pouring punch on Cassie's head at the formal a couple weeks ago. I didn't smile, or frown, i kept a straight face through the hall until I saw Zach with a red-headed girl, Delia. Zach met eye contact with me and quickly looked away. I smiled and walked over towards Delia. "Hi, you must be Delia, I'm Danielle." I began. "Hey, nice to meet you." she replied. I smiled and looked at Zach standing next to her. "How long have you two been dating?" I asked. "About a month and a half." She smiled as she looked at Zach. "Wow, that's a long time!" I said sarcastically. "Did you know Zach and i had been dating for 2 months before the formal?" I said. Delia looked shocked and looked up at Zach who had been mortified. "Yeah, so before you get yourself commited, and he gives you a necklace like he did to me, you might wanna consider things with him before he cheats on you, too." I said. She looked at Zach, slapped him across the face, called him a pig like i had, and stormed off. "OH AND WE'RE DONE!" She screamed across the hall. I smiled at Zach sarcastically and followed Delia.

Chapter 18
As i sat in Chris' car, i closed my eyes and curled up in the passenger seat. I thought to myself about how it had been him all along, and i understood what he meant about protecting me. What i needed right now was a friend, and the only one I had was Chris. I opened my eyes and breathed loudly. I stared out the window until Chris had said. "Do you want me to take you home, or do you want to go somewhere?" I looked at him and thought about what i had wanted to do. "Take me home." I said. Chris nodded and took the next turn onto our street. He parked in my driveway and stopped the car. He just sat there for a minute and looked down at his black tuxedo and black tie. "Danielle i'm sorry about everything tonight." He said. "It's okay, it's not your fault." I replied. He sighed and got out of the car to open the door for me. I stepped out of the car and looked at him. "Thank you for being here for me." I confessed. Chris nodded and stood there awkwardly. "I'll see you after break." I said. "Yeah, see you." He replied. I walked into the door and found my dad watching TV in the red living room with brown sofas and white carpeting. "Hey squirt, how was it?" He asked. "Fine." I replied with a lie. "I'm going to bed, goodnight dad." I said. "Alright, see you tomorrow sweetie." He said. I walked up the wood stairs and into my purple room. I stared into space as i un-did my dress and took off my shoes. I changed into black sweatpants and a pink t-shirt from PINK. I pulled my hair up in a messy bun and took off all my makeup. I slipped on my bunny slippers, snuck downstairs, and took a carton of Ben and Jerry's icecream. I came back up, watched the Notebook and stuffed my face with a whole carton of icecream as i sobbed. Eventually, i dozed off after crying so much.

Chapter 17
Zach started his car. "Where to?" He asked. I took his car keys out of the car. "Follow me." I said. I held his hand and walked into the front of the school. All the classrooms were locked. I turned the knob to the janitors closet and it opened. I kissed Zach passonitly and put my hand on his geled hair. "Are you sure you want to in here?" He asked. I bolted the door locked and looked up and found the condoms still there. I took one and handed it to him. We made out for a while and I began to unbutton his tuxedo. "Danielle, stop." He said. "What?" I said. "I cheated on you." He said fastly. I couldn't believe what i was hearing. "With?" I said angrily. "A girl named Delia..she's a sophomore." He said confessingly. I got up and slapped him hard across the face. "I cannot believe you pig!" I threw the necklace he gave to me and said "Here, give this to Delia, she'll love this!" I left the closet and slammed the door. Tears streamed down my face and i bolted the door so he couldn't get out. I cried hysterically down the hallway and opened the door to leave with his car. My heart has shattered into a million pieces and stomped on a thousand times. I tried opening the door to his car but it was locked. I punched the car a thousand times and screamed. I went to run back but Chris was right behind me to hold me. I cried in his arms for an hour straight in the freezing cold. I wiped away my tears and looked up. "Why are you doing this if i broke your heart and rejected you?" I asked. Chris stared at me for a while and about a minute later he replied "Remember the text i sent you when you went on a date with him? The one about being there to protect you? I meant it, even if it was a couple months after our history. I'll always be here for you, Danielle.' He began to blush and smiled a little. "Let's get out of here." Chris said. I nodded and followed him to his car.

Chapter 16
"Honey, you look..." My dad began to say. "Dad, i'm not even in my dress yet." I said and giggled. I stared at my hair and nails and thought i looked like a princess. My hair was extra curly and styled perfectly. I hugged my dad tight. "Dad, thank you so much for letting me stay here, i'd like to stay here and I hope i havn't been bad or anything." I said. My dad kissed the top of my head. "Honey, you've been perfect and i'm happy to have you here, i've missed 15 years of your life and i'm glad you let me into these last 4 years of your school days." He smiled. I smiled back at him and went upstairs to get ready. I slipped on my white dress and white shoes. I looked like a snow princess. I heard the doorbell ring and descended from the stairs slowly. I saw Zach with his mouth open in shock. "You look.." He began. I kissed him with a smile. My dad took pictures and even cried a little. I kissed my dad goodbye and was off. Zach and I walked in to the dance as this years "It couple" as everyone had been saying. We both danced for a while and joked around. A slow song finally came on and ofcourse Zach had gone to the bathroom. I stood there alone, and when a couple moved, i saw Chris across the dancefloor looking at me. I smiled and waved to be sincere and he returned the favor. He walked over towards me. "You look great." Chris said. "Thanks, you look not too bad yourself." I replied. "Where's Zach?" He asked. "Bathroom." I said. I looked down and avoided eye contact with Cassie as she looked at us with anger a couple feet away from us. "Ignore Cassie, keep your head up." Chris said. I lifted my head up and smiled. Cassie came up to us. "So, are you guys going to hook up again or what?" She began. "Atleast you don't have to do it behind my back. "Stop, it was only twice." I hissed back. "And she speaks!" Cassie said. "Cassie, don't be such a b*tch. We're doing fine without you." Chris said. "Yeah, i can tell. You've been staring at her all night waiting for you, but guess what? She's with Zach. So just quit it." Cassie hissed at Chris. "Is there a problem?" Zach intruded. "Yeah, you're girlfriends a wh0re." She said. "You know what, mind your own business." Zach said. I was clenching my fists to resist punching her. "It is my business, maybe if Chris hadn't been with me and just went for Dani here, she wouldn't of met you." She laughed and said. I took the punch bowl behind me and poured it all over her. Everyone went silent, and Chris clapped and started laughing. Zach chuckled to himself as well, then eventually, everyone was laughing. "Keep your b*tchy comments to yourself." I hissed. I placed the punch bowl on her head, grabbed Zach's hand, and left the formal knowing i'd be kicked out anyways. Chris looked at me leaving with Zach and frowned. I was ready for a different scene tonight.
