They say that missing somone and not being able to see them is the worst feeling ever.
There's actually something even worse than that.
It's missing someone, not being able to see them, and having them appear in one of your dreams.
That happened to me last night, and I haven't been able to stop thinking about her at all today...

I've said before that I never stop caring about people, but that's actually not true.
If you hurt me badly enough, I eventually won't care about you anymore.
It's still pretty hard to make me stop, though.

Life is much more enjoyable when you stop worrying about people who don't even appreciate how you feel about them.
I've learned that over the past couple weeks, and I'm doing so much better because of it.

Insecurity is completely pointless.
Hating things about yourself that you can't change causes you nothing but pain.
And not to mention, someone else might just love everything about you that you hate.

Anxiety attacks are a very scary thing to experience.
It feels like your heart is gonna burst out of your chest and you can't do anything to stop it.
It's especially terrifying the very first time you have one, because you don't know what's going on with you or how to make it better.
But you know what makes them even scarier?
When you have one after not having one for a long time.
You've almost basically forgotten what it feels like to have one, but then something triggers it again.
And then it's just as terrifying and horrible as the first one you ever had...

Don't ignore someone who really loves talking to you.
Talking to you might just be their only way to forget about how depressed they are.
