For any religion, there's always that group of people that believe their religion is supreme, in the worst way. They'll bomb other holy buildings, murder, beat, demoralize all because someone else isn't the same religion.
They say it's because that's what God would want, when even I could say that no God would want his people to kill each other.
Their whole ideology is beyond me. I don't bother with trying to understand them anymore.

Ah, that makes sense.
But doesn't "commanded the man" mean just Adam? Wouldn't it have had more effect on Eve if god had told her himself, rather than hearing it through Adam? Like, I get that it was technically her own fault for not listening, but if she had god himself telling her not to, I think she would've been a lot more hesitant about listening to the serpent.

Now I'm confused xD
I get that Eve ate the apple, but since God gave her free will, it's sort of expected in a way. She was tricked, she never had any contact with God since she pretty much worshiped him through Adam, so how could she know that what she did was wrong or had dire consequences? God never said (I don't think anyway, correct me if I'm wrong) what would happen if anyone ate the fruit.

And not to be rude/ignorant or anything, but would that mean all the good is made by god, and ALL the bad is basically mankind's fault (even though it was only Adam and Eve's fault)?

Like, I know it's because of the Fall in Eden and whatnot we have to labor and such, but if he was really that forgiving (I mean, he released SATAN(!) from chains), why couldn't he just allow mankind a second chance?

I haven't read the Bible, so if that issue was addressed forgive me for being totally unaware xD

Though I'm fairly certain he means he doesn't like a god that's full of himself, needs attention, etc. It's basically like he (if he exists) only does things for the praise and recognition. Not because he cares.

Besides, the terrible things in the world outweigh the good, so why should people praise him?
