There are reasons why we met,
reasons for the good and bad times, and a
reason why it ended. we have more to learn, new people to meet, more to
experience, and more loving left in this lifetime. two years has gone by.
two years ago today I got shattered. shattered by a boy who I thought was
my world. I felt like I was crashing and burning. I just didn’t understand
how someone could just stop loving another person after two years of
constant commitment. but what did I know? I was seventeen. young and
stupidly blinded. after all the tears, all the hurt, and all the anger, Iv’e
realized something. I am never going to forget. trying to forget someone
you once loved is like trying to remember someone you never knew. but I
have accepted that, and now all that’s left is the memories. I don’t cry
anymore because it’s over, I now smile because it happened. all the hurt
I felt has strengthened me to become a better person, and if that didn’t
happen, I wouldn’t be the person I am today. So, I thank him for breaking
me. I'm perfectly okay ♥

He thinks as he sees her over there.
He would never let anyone hurt her, and that’s a swear.
He sees her eyes sparkle and her smile glow,
he feels like he is high, and she is far below.
reality sets in as she’s coming right towards him,
his whole body is tingling, from limb to limb.
“Hey, I didn’t even see you! Why didn’t you say hello!”
“Oh, hi, I wasn’t paying attention. Sorry, though.”
She smiled and told him his head is always up in the clouds.
"It's you. You’re the reason why.
Can’t you see by the way I am always tongue tied?”
Instead he resisted even though the urge was there,
he wanted to say it, but he wouldn’t dare.
He came up with something clever but no where near his liking.
“Thanks, the weather up here is pretty striking.”
She looked right at him and smiled,
She was more b e a u t i f u l than a new born child.
“This is why you are my best friend.
You make me laugh to no end.”
At this he cringed because he wanted to be more,
but he knew she did not, it made his heart sore.
“Well I better go, I’ll catch you later.”
And just like that she was gone like a busy waiter.
He watched her walk away as a tear drop fell,
“Don’t you see? I love you more than anyone can ever tell.”

Last night
my boyfriend and I were bored so we decided
to take a walk to a track that is close by.
We walked two laps holding hands and
then all of a sudden he stopped us on the
back turn. He grabbed my waist and
started to dance with me.

There was this girl in my school district;
She was nice to everyone. She treated everyone fair. She was probably the sweetest person you could ever meet. Her name was Victoria. A few months ago, I think around April/Mayish, she got in a car accident while driving to school and was killed. At school that day we found out over the announcements. I never got the priviledge to meet her. This summer (2011), her parents and some of the people around town had a benefit in her honor. I went to it, and there her boyfriend, Josh, played guitar and sang. He was really good. He talked about how Victoria was beautiful and how she was so nice. I almost cried then. Still now, his relationship status on Facebook says in a relationship with Victoria. And just yesterday, he posted on her wall, "Merry Christmas Babe. I started crying when I saw that. It's touching to still see his love for her even though she's gone. That's real love.
