The Immortals by Alyson Noel,
Beautiful Creatures by Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl,
If you haven't read the Harry Potter books, you should,
The Darren Shan series are good, and Wings by Aprilynne Pike is ok. Also Cassandra Clare's books are pretty good too.
