I can't see or communicate with them but I believe in it. Honestly I'm not sure how I would react either. Do the paranormal figures basically look like people, but..hmm...like the spirits in the show Ghost Whisperer. They look like real people but they act differently and they appear and disappear willingly. It is pretty hard to explain. Sorry if this didn't help very much...I know a decent amount about this but I'm terrible at explaining things. :3

If you have an iPod turn it up loud that's what I do :) it doesn't help me sleep but it blocks noises
