Just because somebody flirts with you, doesn’t mean they like you. Just because somebody likes you, doesn’t mean they want to go out with you. Just because somebody goes out with you, doesn’t mean they love you. Just because somebody loves you, doesn’t mean they won’t hurt you. Because people lie & things change. I think it happens to everyone as they grow up. You find out who you are and what you want, and then you realize that people you’ve known forever dont see things the way you do. So you keep the wonderful memories but find yourself moving on. It’s perfectly normal.

Love is a funny thing.
You expect it to be easy.
You expect it to be a world of roses and laughs and perfect moments that you find only in movies.
You expect him to always say the right thing and always know exactly how you feel or how to react to it.
You expect him to calm you down when you’re yelling or to chase you when you run away.
You expect so much that you feel entirely and utterly defeated when something doesn’t exactly match up with all your plans.
But that’s the thing, love isn’t a plan.
It doesn’t have a certain beginning and it certainly has no end or a visible finish line to those deeply in it.
Love happens and it’s so incredibly messy.
