Things to do in an Elevator
Crack open your briefcase or purse, and while peering inside ask: "Got enough air in there?"
Whistle the first seven notes of "It's a Small World" incessantly.
Offer name tags to everyone getting on the elevator. Wear yours upside-down.
When at least 8 people have boarded, moan from the back: "Oh, not now, darn motion sickness!"
Stare, grinning, at another passenger for a while, and then announce: "I've got new socks on!"
    Start a sing-along.
When the elevator is silent, look around and ask "Is that your cell phone?"
Announce in a demonic voice: "I must find a more suitable host body."
When a group of people get on, say, "I'm sure you're all wondering why I've gathered you here today..."
Sing "Mary had a little lamb" while continually pushing buttons.
On the highest floor, hold the door open and demand that it stay open until you hear the penny you dropped down the shaft go "plink" at the bottom.
    Sell Girl Scout cookies.
Draw a little square on the floor with chalk and announce to the other passengers that this is your "personal space."

    Mirror, Mirror, on my wall,
I want to be pretty, thin, and tall.
Mirror, Mirror, if I change my hair,
Maybe then someone will start to care?
Mirror, Mirror, if I starve myself,
At least I'll be beautiful. Forget my health.
Mirror, Mirror, if I cut my wrist,
Will I finally feel like I exist?
    Mirror, Mirror, don't you see?
What you show is ruining me.

She likes chocolate, especially Twix. Her favorite movie is Forest Gump. Her favorit color is blue. Her favorite drink is Mountain Dew. Her favorite flower is a daisy. Her favorite animal is a horse, specifically white. She loves butterflies, but she's scared of them. She loves listening to "The Weeknd".
For her birthday I got her a bunch of Twix bars, the movie Forest gump, a couple small bottles of Mountain Dew, some daisy's, a toy horse (lol), "The Weeknd's" mixtape, and some weird butterfly collction I got from an antique store, all in a blue basket.

Married in High School? - Chapter Fourteen
"The two of you earned...1500 hundred dollars this month?" Her jaw dropped when she looked up at us. "Are you putting your own money into the pot? That's against the rules."
I smiled at her, and looked at Jesse, who made a face back at me. It was the beginning of October, and a month has paddes since we started this horrid project. "I work a lot Ms. Poe. Jesse joins me on the weekends. So no, we aren't adding to it with other money."
"Well then," she said, clearing her throat and placing the piece of paper on her desk. "Good job, you guys earned the most money in the month of September...by a long shot." She paused, her brow wrinkling in thought. "Keep up the good work," she said, with a weak smile. "It's time to draw from the hat, to see what road bump you will undertake this month," she leaned down and came back up with a top hat.
I looked at Jesse, as if to ask who would pick. "Ladies first," he said, gesturing towards the hat.
I leaned towards the edge of my chair, and plucked out a piece of paper. "The wife looses her job, you must find another income source...well that sucks," I said looking up, and tossing the paper back in.
"That means you can no longer bring in the money from the daycare," Ms.Poe explained, and it was my turn to have my jaw drop in surprise.
"So what are we supposed to do?" I said, "that's the only source of money we had."
"Well I would assume that Jesse, you had a job. Or, if you did not, you would have to apply for one."
"Oh he doesn't-" I said, at the same exact time "Of course I have-" we looked at each other, me, surprised once again, and him annoyed by my assumptions.
"I have a job, which you can work at with me." The bell rang, and he stood up and grabbed his jacket, and turned to me, "we start work tomorrow princess, don't forget your lighter," he winked at me, and walked out.
"I can NOT work with him!" I said, turning to Ms. Poe. "Did you hear what he just said to me?! What the hell am I going to be doing?!" I shrieked, standing up.
"Olivia that language will not be tolerated-"
"Tolerated my a/ss," I grabbed my bag and walked out the door, right into Collin.
    "Wow, hey babe, what's up?"
"I hate this project, I hate my partner, ugh!" I sighed, leaning against his chest. "ahsoighnsdf" I mumbled, and he laughed, prodding my face so I would turn and he would hear what I said.
"I want to get out of here."
"We will, soon," he said, kissing my forehead. "But right now, we need to head to class," he grabbed my hand and pulled me down the hallway. I pulled back before giving up.
"Why are you the responsible one?" I groaned.
"Because you're the reckless one and opposites attract," he smiled, and I smiled back. I looked behind Collin and saw Jesse's retreating figure. I was in for one hell of a year.

    Chapter 2
I watched as my best friend grace the stage the next afternoon with a smile across her face.
"This is Lacey Daniels, one of the infamous members of our school's cheerleading team!" Eliza called through the microphone, earning hoots from many jocks. "We'll start the bid at fourty dollars."
Immediately, a hand shot up. "I call fifty!"
    "Sixty!"
    "Seventy!"
    "Ninety five!"
There was a moment of silence, making Lacey nervous, as she stood under the bright stage lights.
"Ninety five? Going once? Going twice!" Eliza said, waiting for someone's hand to shoot up.
"One hundred ten!" a voice suddenly called out, raising up their hand.
I watched as a smile of relief spread across Lacey's lips.
"One hundred and ten dollars, sold to Brandon Powell!" Eliza announced, slamming her gavel down on the podium.
The audience erupted into cheers, as Lacey bounced off the stage.
"Next up, we have," Eliza paused, squinting her eyes down on the sheet of paper written in front of her, "Arden Mason!"
My heart sank to the bottom of my stoamch, as my eyes widened.
    Did she just say-
"Arden Mason! Come up here!" Eliza smiled down at me, her eyes locking into mine. "I see you in the audience!"
Suddenly, a group of people began to chant my name, urging for me to go up to that stage.
My feet were glued to the floor, as my mouth pouted open.
"Arden, go!" a girl shoved me out of my seat, making me stagger up.
My legs wobbled, as I made my way down the middle aisle, stepping up on the stage.
The bright lights made it hard for me to see, but I could make out Lacey giving me two thumbs up.
    Oh, that little-
"We have Arden Mason here who is part of our school's photography club!" Eliza said through the microphone, voice high and over excited.
"Actually, I quit in freshman year." I corrected her, making her shoot a glare at me from the corner of her eyes.
"Let's start the bid at twenty five dollars!" she ignored me.
I pursed my lips, crossing my arms.
I watched as my best friend gave me an apologetic smile from the crowd.
In return, I gave her a death glare.
How could she do this to me?
God, I was going to be so humiliated when no one bids on me.
This entire Valentine's Day auction was a big joke, anyways.
"Sixty five dollars! Is anyone willing to raise the bid?" Eliza suddenly cut my thoughts off.
My eyes widened, as I stared at her with disbelief.
Did someone just bid sixty five dollars to go on a stupid date with me?
"Seventy five dollars!" one hollered, making me raise an eyebrow.
In my opinion, bidding over thirty dollars on a date with some stranger was just plain dumb.
"Going once! Going twice!" Eliza paused, a grin spreading across her face. "Sold to Evan Chandler for seventy five dollars!"
    Evan Chandler?
The name rang a bell in my head, but I couldn't exactly pin point who he was.
"Thanks for signing up to help the school!" Eliza gave me a fake smile before I exited the stage.
"I didn't even sign up!" I hissed under my breath.
As I made my way back to my seat, I made myself a mental note to kill Lacey later on.
But first, I had to know who this Evan guy was, and why he bidded seventy five dollars on me.

    Chapter 1
"Hannah Peters, going once! Going twice!" the student council president, Eliza Monroe, shouted through the microphone. "Sold to Reece Baker for seventy dollars!"
The audience erupted into cheers, as the perky blonde stepped off the stage, leaping into Reece's arms.
This event happened every year at South Bay High School. Every year at the start of February, the student council would hold an auction as a fundraiser for the school. It wasn’t any ordinary auction, where people would bid for rare antiques or crap like that. It was an auction, where people could bid for dates for Valentine’s Day. Girls or guys would sign up to be auctioned, and there would be an audience of students who would bid for these people.
In my entire three years at South Bay, I've never participated at one of these auctions.
I always sat back, and laughed at the ones who didn't get any bids on, at all.
"The next one is Callie Douglas, the leader of our school's book club."
Unfortunetly, Callie wasn't as good looking as Hannah.
She had wide-rimmed glasses on, unruly curly hair, and looked extrememly nervous under the stage lights.
"Let's start the bid at ten dollars?" Eliza smiled weakly at the crowd.
    No one said a word.
Poor Callie looked like she was going to faint.
"How about five?" Eliza asked, biting her lower lip.
A rude jock smirked from the audience. "Bring out the hot chicks!" he booed.
I watched as a sparkly tear fell from Callie's eyes.
Eliza turned to Callie with a weak smile. "Sorry, Callie. Try again next year!"
I watched as Callie Douglas ran off that stage, and dash into the bathroom, joining the other girls who didn't get any bids.
"That concludes our auction today. If anyone else would like to voluenteer to be auctioned, please sign up at the desk outside the main office." Eliza spoke, as everyone got up to leave.
I met up with my best friend, Lacey Daniels, outside the auction.
Lacey always signed up for these auctions, since our first year here.
She always got bidded at a high price, just because she was extremely gorgeous, and was a cheerleader.
"So, Arden, are you signing up or what?" Lacey waved the clipboard in my face.
I rolled my eyes. "No. Did you see the way Callie got humiliated up there?"
    Lacey sighed, shaking her head.
"Don't worry. Someone will bid big on you. You're so pretty!" she beamed, curling the ends of my brown hair with her fingertips. "Trust me."
I gave her a look, raising an eyebrow.
"Convincing," I paused, sticking my tongue out at her, "but no."
Lacey groaned, shrugging her shoulders. "Fine. Meet me outside, I want to use the bathroom real quick."

    Everything About You
    Chapter 15
Hours later, we arrived at the airport. When I walked off the plane, the first thing I noticed was how hot it was. The weather in the Bahamas is definitely much different than the weather back in cold, rainy England.
We went to the baggage claim and grabbed our luggage, walking to get a cab afterwards.
When we arrived at the hotel, Louis checked everybody in.
"There's seven of us, and we were given three rooms. King beds in each though, so it should be fine. Who wants to room with Kristen and Haylie?" he asked, not volunteering himself. Go figure.
"I will." Harry said, raising his hand.
"Ew. No." I said harshly, even though I was only kidding.
"Oh please. You would love to be sleeping in the same room as me." he said, then winked at Kristen, who blushed. I rolled my eyes and walked to the elevator, going up to unpack in our rooms. I started to take my clothes out of the suitcase, but Louis stopped me.
"Come on, we're all going out. It's our first day here, and it's beautiful!" he said, so I agreed.
"We leave in fifteen, so you have time to change." he said, then walked through the door that connected our rooms. I quickly changed into a pair of jean cutoff shorts and a print top, with my orange toms to match the color in the shirt. I sat on the bed and fish tailed my hair to the side of my neck, securing it with an elastic band. I walked into the next room and saw that everybody was ready to go.
"So, where are we going?" I asked, wondering what my crazy brother had in mind.
"Exploring." he answered, very vaguely. We all piled into the elevator and rode down to the lobby.
"Alright, we're splitting up. Zayn, Kristen and I are going to the beach. Harry and Niall are going to eat. Who do you want to go with?" Louis asked me. Why did they all decide to do something without asking me first?
"I'm actually kind of hungry." I said, deciding to go with Harry and Niall. We went in different directions, and the others got a cab.
"Let's walk, it's beautiful!" I suggested, and they shrugged, following me.
"I have no idea where we're going, so I probably shouldn't lead the way..." I said, laughing.
"We don't know where we're going either, so your guess is as good as mine." Harry said.
"Niall, you're being awfully quiet today. Did you talk to that girl yet?" I asked, hoping he called her yesterday or something.
"Uh, n-no not yet." he said, looking at the ground. Harry laughed quietly, and I wondered why. I didn't ask though. I didn't want to make Niall uncomfortable. When we finally found a restaurant, we sat down, exhausted from walking so far.
"This food better be worth it." I mumbled.
"Any food is worth it." Niall said, and I laughed. Harry excused himself to use the bathroom, and it was just Niall and I. Niall said something funny about Harry, which made me burst into laughter. Niall was really easy to talk to, and a great friend.
"Niall, do I know her?" I asked quietly. He looked confused, so I went on.
"The girl. The one who you like." I said.
"Oh, I uhm. I don't think so." he whispered. Why was he acting weird?
Harry came back and we ordered our food. He decided to ask Niall about this girl as well.
"What's her name?" Harry asked, trying not to laugh. Niall shot him the death glare, which confused me.
"You don't know her either." he said, staring at his silverware.
"Are you sure? You've been talking about her a lot lately. Come on, tell us." said Harry.
"You can trust us. Plus, we give really good advice." I said, and Niall just sighed.
"Fine. I'll give you guys a hint. She's related to someone I know well." he said, staring at me. I racked my brain, trying to figure out who it could be.
"Who do you know well?" Harry asked, and Niall laughed.
"I can't tell you that!" he said, as if Harry were stupid. I couldn't figure out who this girl could be.
"Have you guys kissed?" Harry asked.
"Once, under the mistle toe." Niall said quietly. So he must have known her for a while. And liked her for over a year if he kissed her under the mistle toe last year.
Halfway through dinner, I realized something. Niall said I was the first person he had kissed under the mistle toe. Which meant that I was the girl Niall was falling for.
    .................
she finally figured it out! haha feedback?

    Framing Love
    Dedicated to FramingMatthew and Societykilledtheteenager
"Alyza you can come in now." The doctor spoke to me.
I walked through the door and my eyes found Matthew.
I looked around on the cold white tiles of the hospital floor as i sat in the black cushioned chair. How did things come to this?
He looked weaker, his skin so pale, almost see through.
"Matthew." I whispered in a hushed tone.
He looked up and saw me sitting down next to him.
"Alyza." He said in a tone no louder than a whisper.
He motioned for me to come closer to him, I stood up.
He patted the side of his bed and I sat down.
    "Matthew." I said again.
I burst into tears and using all his strength, he pulled me down onto him.
I rolled up and snuggled next to him and cried.
"Don't cry Alyza. Be strong for me. Please." He spoke into my ear.
I looked up at him and sat up.
"Am I allowed to kiss you?" I asked him.
He rubbed circles on my back and smiled, "Why do you even ask?"
He leaned foward and kissed me gently, pulling away as quick as he could.
I put my lips gently on his. They felt weaker, almost papery. I could tell it was the end.
"Rest Matthew. Don't put yourself in pain." I whispered at him, tears forming in my eyes.
"The only thing that hurts is knowing you're hurting." He whispered at me.
I frowned, "What's hurting me is cancer hurting you." I felt my voice rise towards the end.
He put his hand on my face and I felt how unusually cold and papery his skin felt.
I touched his face. The purple shadows underneath his eyes. I let my hands trace around his shallow cheeks. I touched his lips with my fingers and cried.
I put my hand over my face, trying to stop the tears.
"It'll be okay Alyza." He whispered at me.
I let the tears fall from my eyes some more.
"It'll be okay." He said again.
"No it won't be." I said, "I won't ever see you again."
He frowned at me, "Alyza. No matter what happens. I'll always be there for you. I'll be your guardian angel. I will be watching over you. You might not see me, but I'll see you. I will never let any harm come your way. I'll see you in heaven." He kissed me on my lips again.
I looked him in the eyes and cried. "Don't leave me. Ever." I cried at him.
He rubbed my back some more, "What's hurting me is that you're hurt."
"How could I not be hurt?" I asked him. "I love you and you're leaving me."
He looked at me for a second, "Do you ever think I'd leave you? Ever? I loved you more than words could explain. I will never EVER stop caring. I'll be your guardian angel. You have to understand that."
I thought about what he said and wiped my tears away.
"I love you Matthew." I whispered.
I saw his eyes close and knew it was the end.
    "I love you too Alyza."
"We need you to leave." A nurse said too me.
    "Get the IV ready."
    "Get me a towel."
    "Medication. Stat."
I heard a bustling of noises around me.
The nurse put her arms around my waist and helped me out.
I sat down for hours as people went in and out of his room.
"Miss. Alyza?" The doctor said too me.
From the look in his eyes I saw tears falling, I knew what the news would be.
I looked up at him with a tear streaked face.
"He told me to tell you, he loves you. He also told me to give you this." He handed me a white, folded up sheet of paper.
' I'll always be with you.' It said.
I looked up at the ceiling with the tears falling from my eyes.
I watched as a ray of sunshine burst into through the window.
I looked at it and smiled, "I love you Matthew." I whispered letting the tears fall.
So, I had tears falling the whole time I was writing this.
It hurts to know framingmatthew is no longer with us.
I hope the day comes when cancer is just a zodiac sign.
    RIP FramingMatthew .
