Zayn just deleted his twitter. Why? because of the hate he’s been receiving. I’ve made a post about hate before. I’ve expressed my opinion on hate before. This is absolutely… i can’t even begin to explain how disgusted i am with our generation.
Why d people think it’s alright to send hate? to post hate on the internet? do they not understand that the internet is not a place for that? do you not understand that EVERYONE can access that hate somehow? what is wrong with you guys? what is wrong with the people sending death threats and hurtful words to others? this doesn’t just apply to the One Direction fandom anymore. this applies to EVERYONE in general.
People have k!^lled themselves because of hate. Doesn’t that make you want to rip your hair out? What if Zayn committed su.cide right now. How the fawk would you feel? What about all those kids out there holding a blade to their wrists right now because of some message they received on facebook, twitter, tumblhr, myspace, kik or keek or whatever fawk.
my tumblhr friends friend, Adam, he k^!lled himself because of it. He would have been 19 in january next year on the 8th. But he’s taken his life because some jerks at school picked on him every single day of his life.
Look at my tumblhr friends sister. She gets picked on every day at school. She doesn’t sleep at night because she’s nervous about returning and facing those bullies. She’s 12 years old. i’ve read a message sent to her from some girl on grade 9 telling her, her baby sister, that she was ugly and pathetic.
do they not understand how powerful words can be? Sure it’s all funny at first until it sinks deep into you and eats away at your heart.
i’ve watched people break down because of it. i’ve been one of those people. my sister was one of those people. do you know how hard it is to watch your sister break down into tears in front of you? to wake up the next day and find out your friend took his life? do you know how much that messes you up?
your ugly, stupid, fugly, a.hole, b((tch, c((nt, go k^!ll yourself, pathetic, waste of a life, you have no talent, you dont belong, no one likes you, you have no friends, etc. imagine if you got those words in your inbox on facebook or tumblhr. imagine being DMed those things on twitter. how sh-tty would you feel?
its about time we learn a little something about respect, about privacy, about not saying anything unless you have something nice to say.
i think it’s time for a change.
