I am a heinously ordinary 13 year old girl who goes by the name of Phoenix. I am currently coping through the horrors of Middle School, soon to the followed by the hell-hole called High School. There's not much to my life. Everything is handed to me whenever I ask for it. I have amazing parents, loyal friends, an annoying brother (they all are though), and a dog named Rocky who is also my therapist (He really knows how to follow the rules of confidentiality).
Some things that aren't very important to know about me:

Anyways, I have made this witty because I want to share my passion of reading with you. I plan to put excerpts from books, poems, plays, and things of the like. There is really no reason to it. I guess I just hope you guys will be able to enjoy them as much as I do.
I feel that reading is escape. Even if it's just for a little while, you can go to a whole different world. Somebody's else's world. One that might be a little more interesting than yours. But you can do it anytime you want. You can escape the pressures and stress of life...just because.
