Chapter One
I woke up to my alarm clock. It read “7:30 AM”. Phew I thought. I’m not late. I remembered that my boyfriend, Austin, is picking me up at 8:00 to drive me to school. I got up, and got dressed in my favorite outfit. Then I went into my bathroom. I put on my makeup, put my hair up in a bun, put some perfume on (Austin loved how I always smelled good), and brushed my teeth. Then I ran downstairs and got my purse and book bag. “Bye Caylen!” My Twin Sister, Carly, said. “Bye Carl!” She gave me a dirty look. I always called her Carl to make her mad. “Oh stop being so sensitive!” I said. I ran out the door. I saw Austin’s Dodge. I opened the door, and sat down. “Hey boo.” I said. “Hey babe.” He replied. He pecked my lips softly. I put my seatbelt on. We were finally driving down the road. “Babe.” Austin Said. “Wanna go to my place after school?” Oh my gosh! I thought. Could I possibly lose my virginit* today? “Yeah Babe” I replied. I noticed that Austin had already parked and his lips were on mine. We kissed passionately. “If anything happened to you,” he began. “I’d probably never ever be the same. I love you with all my heart. Forever and always” I kissed him more and more. I stopped and said "I love you to Austin. I love you with all my heart, forever and always" Then he put his lips on mine once more.

Meat was the only thing I ate, even though I only ate very little of it. “Well, it doesn’t matter to me.” Iris began. “All I ever do is throw my food up, so you guys decide.” We all had an eating disorder. That was the special thing about us. Iris has Bulimia, I have Anorexia, and Emma has both. But there is one thing still special about us, we are all suicidal. Me and Emma cut, but Iris just always hesitates about it, and never tries it. “Guys,” I said. Iris and Emma were still having a conversation. “GUYS!” I said once more. They still kept talking. “I TRIED TO COMMIT SUICIDE LAST NIGHT!” They all stared at me. Why you ask? Because we all agreed if one of us committed suicide, the others would too.

I have somewhat Latino skin, green eyes, and Dark brown hair. People say I’m very gorgeous, but I don’t think so. I’m 13. Guys always are asking me out, but I feel as if they are all desperate.
“How was school today?” My ‘Mother’ asked. I had already seen the Jewish sign on my plate, which meant I had finished my food. My Adopted family was Jewish. “It was well Marie.” I replied casually. “Darling, please don’t call me Marie, call me Mom.” She smiled. My “Father” always wanted me to call him by his name Jonathan. He felt that it was a bit less awkward. I never understood that, but I went with it.
The next day at school, a cute, good looking, and kind boy walked up to me with a note in his hand in second period (Math). I read “Your Gorgeous” I looked at the guy that sent it, and mouthed “Thanks”
