Status: I haven't been on lately because I have been CRAZY busy! Had my first cheer competition today:) PUREADRENALINE. Got 1st place in the nation. woohoo! Pretty much every morning: I am realllllly tired right now. Still gonna get up in the morning at 5 to workout. Remember to stay consistent with your workouts and it will pay off. For Example... "It takes 4 weeks for you to see your body changing. It takes 8 weeks for friends and family, and it takes 12 weeks for the rest of the world. KEEP GOING.

I listen to all kinds of music including country, hip hop, indie, rock, pop,a lil bit of rap, and just about anything!:) Music really motivates me to get up and workout in the mornings when I am exhausted! It is worth it though!!!! I listen to either 93.7 or the workout station, "Cheer mix", or "drop-a-beat workout". Always remember, NO ONE ever says, "Ugh, I regret that workout.:)
