Ok this might sound crazy, but hula hoop. alot. like for thirty minutes. it burns fat like crazy. But exercise and eat well too. reply

I want to loose wait this summer too, so I've been researching some ways to loose weight. Drink lots of water (that'll also help with your skin), don't eat before bed, do cardio workouts, strength training ones also help, but then you pack on actual muscles (trust me, it sucks. I'm a female linebacker), and get lots of sleep. Don't measure it in pounds, but measure how much you loose in pants sizes or just measure around your middle. The scale doesn't take liqued weight or muscle into account, making things seem worse than they are. reply

I think that you should go for it. Go to a friends house, bake some cookies and do it:) it would be the cutest thing EVER! then he would say yes because you guys talk and you guys are like all jfdlskjfds. then He will be like sure then you guys can go and HAVE A FANTASTIC time..
