Why would my best friend want to ruin anything in my life. Why? What type of friend does that make you?
I made this account to keep track of all the encounters I was going to have with weed this summer. Whether it's me smoking it or a conversation about it, I was going to include it here.
Luckily one of my awesome friends is ruining it. I wouldn't tell him if I smoked. I wouldn't tell a soul.
But he's really done it. Tonight when I was out with James, a friend texted me asking to hang Thursday.
James thought it would be funny to steal my phone and tell him I was going to a weed circle Thursday, so I couldn't hang out.
My friend though, he took this comment very seriously. He went and made different plans Thursday at a time he knew I couldn't make (i have driving school all week) and then proceeded to tell me all about them, leaving the last detail to be the fact I now couldn't make it.
He even asked me what I wanted to do at first. I'm just so frustrated with this all. I asked him why he would tell me about plans at a time I couldn't make, and he said he changed the time because he thought i'd be 'in my weed circle.'
He just ruining any fun I could have this summer, since the stuff is off limits during the school year with 3 sports and all.
Samjam, I am sorry. never forgive me, i wouldn't blame you.

CHAPTER 3 ~Decided~
"Well I was going to," I spoke with a tone of seriousness. It's relay for life, and not to mention my birthday. Just because I'm 16 now doesn't make it okay, but I would have followed James into the tent. I would have hung out with kids while they fishbowled a tent. I wouldn't have actually smoked it. I wouldn't have.
"But she stopped you," he said sounding satisfied. The 'she' would be my best friend Sarah, who is dating my best friend James. Sarah doesn't let James have any fun, hence ruining any fun me and him could fun off and have.
Yeah- this fun will include smoking, but who cares, right? It's summer and I no longer have anything to loose.
"Sarah's not always going to be there to stop me," I told him. If I want to smoke, him and Sarah won't be the ones to hold me back. I hate that, when my friends think they can control my decisions; just another reason to meet up with James this summer and try it out. Nothing permanent.
"I don't know what changed to make you think this is okay," he replied, as if THAT would change my mind... but it's already made up.
By the end of this summer, I'll have regrets about some stuff I did, but weed will not be one of them.

CHAPTER 2: ~Near the Edge~
I wouldn't dream of ever starting to do drugs. I'd get kicked off my sports teams... I'd disappoint not only friends who'd find out but also myself.
But in 3 days, it's summer. There's less of a consequence and it's easier to get away with. And recently, I've wanted to break rules to get back at the horrible relationship I have with my older sister.
She makes me feel so worthless, so panicked.
She makes my OCD worse, she really does. All order is lost when I'm around her, when she's yelling at me, taunting me: it literally makes me want to cut myself.
I need somewhere to take the pain away. All of a sudden, the wrong answer is becoming the right one.
