now my question is how is useful, real life advice like this coming from a children's cartoon that aired 15-20 years ago and on tv now we're getting stuff like "i could just eat you up--well if i ate"? what happened? i know all of you hear stuff like this all the time but that's how much of a difference there is in kid's television within a short decade or two. more and more of our shows are promoting bad morals and they need to get their s.h.i.t together and turn themselves back around!

Tell me more about how I'm 'emo' for listening to Greenday and Fallout Boy and Journey.
Tell me more about how I'm a 'redneck' for listening to Brad Paisley and Tim McGraw and Toby Keith.
Tell me more about how I'm a 'freak' for listening to Coldplay and The Plain White T's and Paramore.
Tell me more about how I'm a 'follower' for listening to anything contemporary.
Tell me more about how I'm a 'nerd' for listening to orchestra and symphony.
Tell me more about how listening to rock is going to bust my eardrums as well as my speakers.
Tell me more about how the music I listen to has anything to do with how I act.
And please, for the love of all that is holy please tell me why listening to anything you don't is so bad.
These bands have made me the way I am, why am I judged for it?

Life is tough, that's a given.
When you stand up, you're gonna be shoved back down. When you're down, you're gonna be stepped on. My advice to you doesn't come with a lot of bells and whistles.
It's no secret: You'll fall down, you'll stumble, you'll get pushed, you'll land square on your face But, every time that happens, you get back on your feet. You get up as fast as you can, no matter how many times you need to do it.
Remember this--Success has been and continues to be defined as getting up one more time than you've been knocked down.
If experience has taught me anything, it's that nothing is free and living ain't easy. Life is hard, real hard, incredibly hard. You fail more often than you win. Nobody's handing you anything. It's up to you to puff up your chest, stretch your neck, and overcome all the difficult. The nasty. The mean. The unfair.
You want more than you have now? Prove it!
You want to be the very best there is? Get out there and earn it!
Once you decide that, you will know where it is you want to be and you won't stop pushing forward until you get there!
That's how winners are made.
At the end of the day, success is what we all want. We all wanna win and the race will be won. There is no question about that. So, come on. Get out on top! Run faster! Dream bigger! Live better than you have ever before. This is in you! You can do it!
Do it for yourself. Prove it to yourself.
