I hate feeling like this. I've been like this since thursday. The day I went back to school. The day I had a panic attack at school and no one noticed, even if I was being pressed against his chest with tears in my eyes. The day I broke down crying and feeling my chest tighten. The day I selpt for a while. The day I had to fight away.

Ive been clean for four days.

I feel proud of myself.
Four days strong.
Not a fresh cut in sight.
I am happy.
Yes, I know this wont last; but I wont cut.
I'm strong, and I don't care about all the negative stuff others have to say.
For example today;
Some girls in my class made fun of me because I refuse to go up in front of class. They said something along the lines of; 'What, do you think the boogy man is going to pop out?'
I didn't let them get to me to much. I held my head high.
And I am proud!!
