He does NOT want to leave her, at the same time he does.. She caused him to quit his job :/ and when they are around other people like my family and well his family too, they act just fine.. but i know the pain

sorry about not replying, but squat pulses is when you squat and then just go up and down. my thighs are still kind of sore after 3 days.

i didn't even make it through the video last night because i pulled muscles in both legs the day before. im still sore from it, and i'm pratically dying because it hurts when i squat, try to sit down, or try to walk upstairs / downstairs. it's toturous (if i spelled that right..).
