The Butterfly Project:
The Rules are:
1. When you feel like you want to cut, take a marker, pen, or sharpies and draw a butterfly on your arm or hand.
2. Name the butterfly after a loved one, or someone that really wants you to get better.
3. You must let the butterfly fade naturally. NO scrubbing it off.
4. If you cut before the butterfly is gone, you’ve killed it. If you dont cut, it lives.
5. If you have more than one butterfly, cutting kills all of them.
6. Another person may draw them on you. These butterflies are extra special. Take good care of them.
7. Even if you don’t cut, feel free to draw a butterfly anyways, to show your support. If you do this, name it after someone you know that cuts or is suffering right now, and tell them. It could help.

Why i started cutting please read and you'll understand me more....
i got bullied everyday at school. Everyone made fun of me. even the teachers.. they madefun of me because i was always the silent kid in the back of the class.. i know alot of people say this but.. i had NO friends.. not even my family... i thought it was ok to cut.. so i did.... i felt that nobody loved me, i guess it was true..i was so alone.. i cried my self to sleep every night... i started doing drugs... all of this started 2 years ago when i was 13... im 15 now.. and i still cry about it. im in a foster family now. my OWN mother put me up for adoption.. I did't tell any one i was too afraid

i cut because it took my mind off the situtaion i didnt do it for attension it was the only cure in stressful situations
And then i thought why did i ever do this? i have these ugly scars. i cant even wear shorts... or tanktops.. how sad is that..
