   My Dream
   I had a dream last night
   that on my 16th birthday
   my mom took me to New York.
   Well I told my mom I was gonna
   take a walk.
   When I went on the walk
   I came upon a street performer
   singing This love by Maroon 5.
   I started to sing with him
   and we gathered a huge
   crowd.
   When we finished they asked
   for another one so we sang
   Breakeven by the script.
   When we finished and the crowd
   had dispersed a man came up to
   me and asked if i was interested
   in a music career.
   "Yes but not without this man," I said.
   "Michael." said the street performer.
   "Thats fine by me. You guys sound great
   together. Heres my card, call me." He said
   walking.
   I stared at the card then at Michael.
   "Well I think we should get to know
   eachother a little better huh?" I asked
   "Yeah I guess." He laughed.
   Thats where it ended. After this dream
   I found out my mom wants to take me to New York for my 16th birthday.
   Creepy right? I wonder if this
   dream will come true...

    A Better Boyfriend
    and an Oppurtunity of a Life Time
    Chapter Two:
    When we reach the street, Daniel walks up to a sleek black Harley and throughs his leg over the side. I stare at him with my mouth wide open and he laughs and pats whats left of the seat behind him.
    "Come on, don't be a fraiddy cat." Daniel said in a baby voice.
    I stick my tongue out at him and through my leg over the side of the motorcylce and wrap my arms around his stomach while he laughs uncontrolably. All the sudden he revs the engine and we speed down the street. I tighten my grip around him and I feel him shake with laughter. It was the most amazing feeling in the world! The wind lashed across my face and wipped my hair around.
    "Whatcha think?" He asks stopping at a stoplight.
    "That was the most amazing feeling in the world!!!" I exclaim.
    "Admit it, you were totally scared to get on." Daniel teased.
    "I was not!!" I yell smacking his back playfully.
    "Sure. Whatever you say." Daniel said.
    The light blinks green and Daniel speeds around the corner. I couldn't stop smiling the entire ride. We finally reach a small parking lot outside what I think is some sort of warehouse. I get off the bike and look up at the building.
    "What is this place?" I ask.
    "I'll show you." Daniel said taking my hand again and pulling my towards the door.
    When he opens the door I'm overwhelmed with colors flashing everywhere, music pounding through speakers, and people filling up the whole room dancing. Daniel pulls me through the room of people.
    "What is this place?" I yell over the music.
    "This is Sonic Boom. Its a club My Uncle started. He died a couple of years ago and my friend, Adam, and I have runned it ever since." he yells back still pulling me threw the crowd of people.
    "Where are you taking me?" I yell.
    "Up there." He yells pointing up a steel pin sprial stair case.
    He pulls me up the staircase and at the top of the stairs is probably the most awesome room I've ever seen.

    "I love you," I said.
    "Yeah about that...." said Christan.
    "What?" I said.
    "I don't think this is working out." Christan said.
    "What?" I said my vision blurring.
    "I'm breaking up with you." Christan said standing up and walking away
    . I sit alone on the park bench with tears streaming down my face. I pull my long blonde hair into a pony tail, pull my hood of my My Chemical Romance jacket over my head, and hug my knees. I don't know how long I sat there, but suddenly someone taps my shoulder.
    "Are you ok?" a voice asks.
    I look up to find a guy around 17 with black hair, blue eyes, a lip ring, wearing grey skinny jeans, red Oasis's, and a black sweatshirt standing behind the bench.
    "Yeah..." I say hugging my knees closer to my chest.
    "That has to be the biggest lie I have ever heard."He laughed coming around the bench, taking in my swollen eyes. "Names Daniel." he said sticking his hand out.
    "Melody." I said shaking his hand. "You can sit if you want." I say scooting over a little.
    Daniel sits and we look at each other. It was as if we were taking each other in.
    "So are you gonna tell me what happened?" He asked.
    .I chuckle, "A guy I've been dating for about a year now, named Christan, just broke up with me and left me deserted here without a ride and an explaination." I explain.
    "Ouch." Daniel said.
    "Yeah." I laugh.
    "Hey you're laughing! That's a good sign!" Daniel chuckles.
    All the sudden it starts pouring rain. Daniel and I both stand up and start laughing.
    "Come on, I wanna take you somewhere." Daniel said taking my hand.
    "And where is this?" I ask.
    "A place where guys like Christan don't exsit." Daniel says.
    "I like it already." I say with a smile on my face.
    Daniel smiles, then we run down the path towards the street.
