if you are talking about the number to do the follow/unfollow codes on a layout i can help you out. right click on your page and clicon on "view page source" or "view source" then you need to hit ctrl+F on your computer and that will bring up a search box. type in "startfollowing" as one word. there should be a number in parenthesis. that is your userID number (:
