That happens to me too :3. I try to ignore it. Did you recently move it this house? Or have you lived there long enough for it to be too sudden? If it IS some sort of spirit,and if it's nothing too too serious, Just ignore it and it will go away. If it's that bad that you can't ignore it , You'll either start seeing things that will make you feel insane or you may start seeing the freakin' thing. reply
