Once upon a time there was a child that loved to dream, but one day she realized that dreaming wasn't all that was good in life, so she stopped. She went 4 days without sleeping or even closing her eyes. Soon enough she became restless and was starting to fail all that she thought she knew. So she decided it was time to dream again because she couldn't find anything better that she thought was there.
She fell asleep quickly and drifted farther and farther from reality.Soon enough she was so far that it was daylight where ever she was. She was happy that she was sleeping again even though something felt wrong with this dream.... It wasn't like her normal dreams.... She turned around where she usually saw a building but instead there was darkness... even though it is as bright as a room can get all she saw was darkness all around her. Then, she felt eyes watching her but she turned again and still there was nothing.... but the darkness that showed so very bright.
She sat down as if her legs gave out even though she was not that tired anymore, but then the floor under her started to cave in. She was sucked under the ground and thought she was going to die or at least suffocate. But no, she did not... She kept falling deeper and deeper into the darkness that now engulfed everything. Until suddenly she felt arms wrap around her yanking her up into the sky. She past by the darkness and flew towards the bright sun in front of her. The warmth overpowered the coldness that she felt, but then the warmth was taken away by a strange feeling.
She was falling yet again but this time there was a person standing underneath her. The girl reconized the person to be her favorite sister. She realized that if she kept falling she would soon enough build up enough speed and crush her sister therefore killing her. She would never kill her family no matter how upset or mad she is at them, she would NEVER!
A creature formed beside her that looked like a creature from hell that was about to devour a soul of a living being.
"You have two choices," the creature slurped at her, "either keep falling down and kill your favorite family member both in the dream and real life, or come with me to spare your sisters life yet give away your own. The choice is yours."
It took 3 long minutes for the girl to decide on if she would go with the demon-type thing or save her sister's life. But she made the decision and chose to give away her life to save her sister because she would give anything for her sister to always live life even if it meant giving away her life.
The girl never got to see any of her family again and she wonders still to this day if her sister was in that dream and saw it happen or even if she understood that that was the right decision for her to make, but in her head saving family is always more important than trying to save yourself.
The end....
I just want to add that dreams are not better than reality because reality teaches you lessons even if you think it is not anywhere near what you want while dreams teach you to run away from everything instead of loving what you have and giving what you can....
