So, in school yesterday we watched our school's debate team debate.
The girl doing the last speech said "There is a well known song about a duck who goes to a lemonade stand and asks for grapes on three consecutive days. Over this time the man running the stand grew more and more impatient. On the third day, he brings the duck to the store so that he can buy grapes but instead the duck asks for lemonade. Am I crazy? I keep hearing this voice in my head - I'm pretty sure it's a really rude version of my conscience - and it keeps telling me I'm such an idiot, I shouldn't do this and that. Everytime I think of him it tells me it's never gonna happen. When I talk to friends it says "They won't last long, they never do for you."i'm crazy, aren't i?
