I was actually supposed to upload chapter 23 earlier today but well got carried away, enjoy!
A dog whisper came to may place today, idk, my dad finds randoms on the internet. Uhm, he didn't even talk to the dog or does that only happen in the movies..? He's like, "For two weeks, your dog is grounded & you're not allowed to pat it ever..." What the fugical , bro? I have a fluffy puppy & its so tempting, you just wanna pat it and be like 'Awhh, who's a good girl? Yes you are! Who's are cute puppy? Yes, you are!" #depressed

Hey!
Well, if you're thinking of writing on Witty, I'd say a love story is what you should write because it seems people on Witty are more interested in love stories (for me, that's all I can write because I enjoy it way to much) but at the end of the day, it's what you want to write & everybody is different, so they'll have different opinions on different themes.
The twists in a story have to be something nobody would expect. When I started writing on Witty, I had no idea there should be twists in a story and so I think, it comes naturally to write something that the reader wouldn't expect but you do have to plan it out so you can built it up before hand. The kind of twists could be somebody getting killed, kidnapped, pregnant, divorced or the twist could be, lets say in a love story, the main girl character getting back with her ex. It really depends. In, lets say a horror novel, the twist could be that there isn't only one psychopath. If you read my story, would you be shocked if I made Andi get with Alec? Probably, right? If not... well that was a fail example.
Another thing is the plot. If you don't know what a plot is, well its the events that make up a story, you need your plot to be strong and it's totally your chose if you decide to plan out your plot. I personally do it to a certain extent, meaning I don't go all out and plan all the events like some people, I write the blurb, think about the main event and the characters and start writing, everything else just follows. It's totally up to you (:
I don't think it matters if you know what you're doing when writing a story, when I wrote my first story on Witty, I had no idea what I was doing. My grammar was all over the place, the spelling was wrong, I didn't have a proper plot and my characters weren't developed. I'm still working on my writing and it's been over a year and a half (: Just give it ago and I promise, you'll be fine.
It's great you're asking, I'm here if you need anything! I don't know if you understand what I'm saying cause I can be real confusing but yeah... You can go ahead and ask whatever else (:

Hmmm... okay, so I'm really bad at explaining things but I'll give it a try (:
A prologue at the beginning of the story, before the first chapter. Basically the prologue is an opening to the story, it establishes details like the background details and the setting. It is usually in the past, so it describes something that has something to do with the story or it can be in the future [I've done that once in one of my stories] and its usually a powerful chapter of the story, which will come towards the middle to end.
I like to call the epilogue, the 'what happened after chapter' though its not necessarily something which comes 5 years in the future, it can be the next day from the last chapter or 20 years in the future. It brings closure to the work & is the opposite to the prologue
I hope that helped! Other people may tell you different but that is what I had been taught, writing just on Witty, you don't NEED to have a prologue or epilogue. Some stories which have been published don't have prologues or epilogues (:

So, most people know how OBSESSED I am with cats, well today, I got a dog! It's weird because my whole family are all scared of dogs, so we go and get a German Shepard. It's 9 weeks old and is the cutest thing ever ^.^
I decided to let the puppy rest and come and upload! WOO HOO!

She's so pathetic. Let me tell you something about Janis Ian. We were best friends in middle school. I know, right? It's so embarrassing. I don't even... Whatever. So then in eighth grade, I started going out with my first boyfriend Kyle who was totally gorgeous but then he moved to Indiana, and Janis was like, weirdly jealous of him. Like, if I would blow her off to hang out with Kyle, she'd be like, "Why didn't you call me back?" And I'd be like, "Why are you so obsessed with me?" So then, for my birthday party, which was an all-girls pool party, I was like, "Janis, I can't invite you, because I think you're lesbian." I mean I couldn't have a lesbian at my party. There were gonna be girls there in their *bathing suits*. I mean, right? She was a LESBIAN. So then her mom called my mom and started yelling at her, it was so retarded. And then she dropped out of school because no one would talk to her, and she came back in the fall for high school, all of her hair was cut off and she was totally weird, and now I guess she's on crack.
So, I thought that was very appropriate because I'm . Nope, still not appropriate but I swear, you can trust n o b o d y anymore. I feel like everybody hates me && a few days ago, I heard a few girls talking about me. The girls who are supposed to be some close friends. RAWR. Guess not.
I needed to get that out, excuse my rant hehehhehee
I LOVE MEAN GIRLS.
I think just about every body does. You know it came out in 2004...

I was going to tell you I put a new chapter up but you probably already realised that when you like, saw my username.
Things aren't awkward unless you make them [[I worked out]] and I make everything awkward. Even if its not awkward, I'll be like 'Awkward' and then it'll turn awkward.
I won't be uploading until Thursday, I wrote it in the authors note at the bottom of chapter but most of you probably don't even read that, or this. Imagine if I was just typing to myself & like nobody read it...

I pretended to be one of my friends today, does any one else do that? We had a substitute for Maths though I think she already knew who we were ^.^ But for Science, even though the teacher was our normal teacher she played along with it.
