Dear 2011,
where to start. you threw every possible obstacle at me. you broke me down in to pieces many times. then you built me up again to break me down. you cut me down so low i lost sight of who i am & what i am worth. you put me into some of the worst positions & trials i could face. You beat , bashed & broke me. But thank you , thank you for everything you threw at me, because I'm stronger now. Stronger than I have ever been. Without all the trials & tribulations I would never be who I grew to be today. Thank you 2011 for being such a dick to me.

i look back at this year
& realise how stupid i was for being so unhappy

act confident even if I'm not because
confidence makes people want to be around you
more. I'm going to love who I am & what I look
like. Im going to lose a bit of weight to stay
healthy, but that's it. & most importantly,
I'm going to throw away my blade.

it's kind of a funny thing.
how people say that they will always be there for you, no matter what. then the day you really need them they aren't there. they don't care or have something better to do. that's when your battle starts. you feel alone, like no one cares about you or is there for you, because for some reason they decide they won't be there for you. those people who promised lied. that feeling of loneliness eats at you & you just turn into someone else, this new quiet, too yourself person because you believe no one wants to help you. but you have to realise, no one is going to be there forever, you will be lied to a lot. you have to fight some of your battles on your own. sometimes you don't realise how strong you are. but on the day you win your battle, the day you reach the end of the tunnel you realised you did it on your own. you saved yourself. you are stronger than you think, remember that.
