Time
The clock ticks to it.
It races through our lives.
We sit and watch it continue
we are caught in a zone.
The feeling is temporary
I hope you cherish it
cause soon it will be gone.
All will be over
We will all cease to breathe
We are fighting, with it
A war.
Our heart pumps out the beat
As out valves open and close.
So do our memories of the moments passed

The Bird Dream
I once dreamed that i was a bired
I flew high past the buildings and trees,
to where i could be seen and heard.
I flew really high and saw half the world was beautiful.
The forests were so natural and fruitful.
But then I gazed at the other.
It was an awful sight.
With all the lights and smoke,
not a star could be seen in the sky at night.
So I gazed as a tear rolled down my face,
to think people could destroy such a beautiful place.
Once I dreamed I was a bird.

Friendship
When you have a true friend you know it.
A friend stays by your side
throught your happiest times to you saddist;
a friend help you they whole way through
because someday they'll need your help, too.
That friend wants you to be there for them,too.
Friends teach each other to look at things in new ways.
They learn from each otehrs mistakes;
they let no one come between them in any way.
Friends can give each other advice about anything at anytime
this relationship is special to good friends
because this relationship is one they cont on through thick and thin,
the one they count on more than anyone else--
that is the real quality of friendship.

I left my family two long years ago
to come here to a place I've never seen
to help me make sure that it will be so
that you can live your biggest wildest dream.
I've stayed here through the rain and through the floods.
I've stayed awake all hours of the night.
Ive had to lean against my soldier bud
only to jump right back up and fight.
And maybe when my army chores are through
I'll close my eyes and sleep right then and there.

when i was younger me
and my mama had beef.
17 years old kicked out on
the street. Back at the time
I could never see her face.
