   My Best Friend Told The Guidence Councelor about my
   cutting. Im glad she did, or iI might have taken it a step too
   far. She talked with my parents & me, and iWas crying like
   a baby. iWent to the drs. today, & They are not infected or anything.
   Thank God! But i have to go see a therapist or councellor or whatever,
   & im really nervous.. Any help? <3

   It wasnt a suicide attempt, it was an
   esacape from everythiing awful. When we
   cut, we're in control- we make our own
   pain and we can stop it whenever we want.
   Physical pain releases emotional pain. For
   a breif moment, the pain of cutting is the
   only thing in the cutter's mind, and when
   that stops and the others come back, it is
   weaker. Drugs & Smoking do that too,
   But not like cutting.
   Nothing.. Is like cutting.
