Hi there :) My name is Shelby,and I've been a memember on witty since sixth grade in 2006. Then I had another account, but you can still check that one out at yummxwafflesss. I used to go onto witty because it was fun making quotes, and it still is, but now I do it for a higher purpose...I want to help people who suffer from parts of their life and feel like there's no one who understand. Each year 30,000 Americans commit suicide each year...out of those 30,000, 5,000 are teenagers. I think that's horrible and I want to change that, even if it's just one person who looks at my quote and feels better about themselves or their current situation. My goal is to make quotes people can relate to...quotes that don't necessarily make the top quotes, but ones that reach out to those girls who need it most. I hope this goal is reached, because teen suicide isn't something to take lightly...it's a beauitiful life that no longer sees it's worth. And that is going to change.
I am a very easy person to get along with, and I enjoy any comment, feedback, or vent you may have. I won't judge, I will only help or just be a friend that you need. Whatever I can do to help. ♥
Some tidbit facts about me...I'm 16, entering my junior year of highschool. I was born in Alaska but I now live in New Hampshire. Because of all the cold places I've been, I absolutely love beautiful, summer days :) I also love rainy fall days, because I believe that everybody needs a day to just chill. Shocking, but I love school. I love taking hard classes and doing my best to excel in them. My favorite class is English, because I love reading and writing, and I often get inspired to write stories and quotes. Me encanta Espanol yo tambien ♥ (I love Spanish as well. )
I enojy many sports. Actually, they are what makes my life. I do soccer, track, softball and lacrosse. When I go into college I hope to play softball and lacrosse as well as get my degree in psychology and take writing classes...and hopefully one day write a novel or short story.
I absolutely love and respect my family, and I try to do all I can to help them, since they do so much for me. My friends are so important to me, I can't thank them enough for everything they have done. I have a boyfriend, Ben, and we've been dating strong for 6 months now ♥
