So… I need some help. I’ve been with my boyfriend for the past 6 months and I love him so much. But a few weeks ago I was a candle lighter at my cousins wedding and I got to talking to one of the ushers who had been friends with my cousin for some time. He was really sweet and funny and extremely cute! And then a few days after the wedding he started sent me a message on facebook and we started talking and texting and I realized that I really liked him. Me and my boyfriend have been having problems lately about not getting to see each other or talk much because he’s staying at his dad’s this summer and I ended up telling him all about my cousin’s friend because we got into this argument about trust and all and he actually talked to the guy and new guy told him that he didn’t have intentions on stealing me or anything and my boyfriend actually thought he was a pretty cool guy. But I have no clue what to do… I really like this new guy but he has this girl that he’s dating… he said she’s not his girlfriend but they dated for a while and she screwed him over pretty bad but now she wants to marry him and he doesn’t know if he can ever trust her again. And I went to rodeo last weekend and saw him (he rides bulls!) and his chick friend was there but he met over by these swings and we talked.. then we went for a walk like away from people and talked more but he had to go get ready to ride so we hugged and I got these butterflies in my stomach and when we’re together we’re both always smiling… and I was all excited to see him ride because I had never watched him ride a bull before but he got a bad bull and ended up breaking his leg while he was still in the chute. It really sucked because he said we would talk more after he rode… so now I’m kind of stuck between a rock and a hard place. I love my boyfriend and when I’m with him I don’t worry about anything.. I don’t wear makeup or fix my hair and he still tells me I’m beautiful. And he’s pretty much whipped. He gave up drinking completely for me and he tells me everything.. like even when a girl randomly texts him he’ll tell me so “I won’t have to worry about him keeping anything from me.” Which I honestly don’t care about… he can talk to whoever he wants as long as he doesn’t cheat on me. But he’ll be a senior this year and I don’t know what he’ll do when he graduates (which he was going to join the military but he told me he wouldn’t because I hated the idea of it) and he’s ready to get married as soon as I graduate.. a year after that. And after two years I know I’ll be ready for that but I don’t want to end being with him forever and regretting not trying new things… like hot cowboys;) Oh, and on top of all this, my family absolutely loves Dillon and his family loves me and it’s all great and dandy but now I’m kind of scared of breaking up with him and causing everybody to hate me. Plus Matt is 20 and I don’t know how my mom would react to that… like I’m sure she would like him and she knows him as Clinton’s friend but quite honestly, my mother and sister act like they like my boyfriend more than me…
