-Bree's point of view-
I yawned, sitting up from my bed. I scratched my blonde head and got up, going into the kitchen. I grimaced, I never thought of myself as attractive in the mornings, with my dark circles and messy hair. I twisted a bit, popping my back before I began to brush my teeth and get ready for school. It was the last week of school, which had me excited. I enjoyed being at school, but mostly to be around people and be social.
I'll admit -- I'm a social butterfly. If there's a social event, I'll be there. I love being around people and having a great time.
Once I finished my makeup, I walked over to my closet and just quickly threw on some skinny jeans and a nice blouse, looking myself over for a few seconds and giving an approving nod, "Perfect." I chimed, smacking my lip glossed lips together. Rushing downstairs, I grabbed a protein shake from the fridge and chugged it down quickly.
My mom came in, rubbing her green eyes, "Morning Brianna." she said, using my full name like she always did. I smiled, "Morning, mom." I looked around, noticing a certain 11 year old boy was missing, "Where's Ty?" I asked, leaning against the counter. "He went to your father's for the day." she said, fixing herself some coffee. I sighed, "Alright, well, I'll see you after school." I responded, pecking her on the cheek. I grabbed my large purse and rushed out the door, getting into my Prius and driving to school.
Once I pulled in, I waited, checking my makeup and making some last minute touch up's. I slid out, grabbing my Juicy Couture bag from the passenger seat and walking up to the school, rocking my hips and walking confidently. I went over to the courtyard and sat down at a table with my friends, Ali and Jenna.
"Hey, Bree." they greeted in unison. I smiled at them and noticed a certain brunette boy walk over, and grinned. I got up and went over to Josh, kissing him on the lips. His arms went around my waist and we broke apart. "Morning babe." he greeted, smiling. I poked his nose, "Morning Joshie, are you ready for this week to be over?" I asked. He nodded, "Most definitely." he said, walking with me back over to our table.
I sat down and everyone in our group was accounted for. Everyone chatted nicely, and I smiled. This was my life, and I didn't expect it to change.
Oh boy, was I totally wrong.

Helloo, ^-^ This is my first story on witty, so I hope it's okay. I know this chapter is pretty boring - like most first chapters - but it will get interesting starting with the second chapter :) Comment and fave if you enjoy it/want to give criticism.
