Well first you have to accept the fact that everyone is different. You've probably heard that 100000 times before but it's true. Whether or not you have stretch marks, you are simply beautiful. Plus, you can't lose a significant amount of weight without some side effects, everyone gets those. In terms of swimming, your stretch marks probably won't be too visible in the actual water and if worse comes to worse, you could always go to the pool but stay out of the water and wear a coverup. Lastly, accept yourself for who you are. Imperfections are beautiful!

We're all at least a little insecure, me included. I'm actually below the "ideal" weight for my height and age but I am not happy with the way I look so I'm afraid to go swimming too. :/ Solution? Go out in a one piece that doesn't show your stomach, I know this is going to sound really harsh, but a person can't just let go of their insecurities in one night. Wear a one piece, and slowly transition back into being confident and happy, it will happen, but you have to take the first step. :)
