That Summer
chapter 1
please read prolouge.
we spent the whole day at the beach. tanning, running through the water, and just walking on the boardwalk. the whole time, i was thinking about that guy. just everything about him. the way he smiled back at me when i looked at him. he was perfect
we were back at the hotel we were staying in for the week. relaxing, talking, giggling.
"oh my gosh, im so sunburnt," Taylor said examining herself in the mirror. She had bleach blond hair down to her mid back, and some cute freckles just underneath her hazel eyes. "i look like a lobster"
"thats the body of summer 2013, seniors baby!" Julia said coming out of the bathroom. she flicked off the light and walked right next to julia. "Oh my gosh, you are red."
"I told you!"
"I have some lotion that will help," Julia walked over to her bag. She had short brown ombred hair just past her shoulders. She had the prettiest skin color, a combination of all heritages, so she tanned like no other. and deep brown eyes. "here you go" she handed the lotion to Taylor.
"thanks a bunch" she said, pulling her tank top up above her bra to apply the lotion. "we should go out tonight. there is an eighteen and over resturant club we can go to.i saw it on the map."
"Lets go, sounds fun. lets party!" I said getting up from the chair.
We all got dressed, and headed out.
"We look like whores" Julia screamed, putting her seatbelt on. she was dressed on a tight mini dress, it was light blue and longsleeved . the sleeves were lace and she had black heels on.
" That means well get noticed. who cares" i replied, putting the key in and bucking my seat belt. we did look like whores, but who cared. it was our last summer before senior year. i had on a little black dress as well, except mine was strapless. and i had hot pink pumps on.
"WOO , Lets go!" Taylor shouted from the back, "Im ready to get crazy" Taylor had on a tight mini black dress. it was one sleeved, and it sparkled. she had on yellow wedges that had cheetah strapping.
We headed out, i was following the gps in the car.
15 minutes later, we got there, it was called Pheonix's. when you walked in there were many booths and tables and in the very middle there was a disco dance floor, with a DJ.
"How many in the party?" The hostess asked when we walked in.
"Three please" i answered.
"this is so cool. look at all the lights. oh my gosh" Julia said .
I looked around at all the lights, the music, it looked crazy.
" Hayden, look.." Taylor whispered to me. i followed where her finger was pointing and i saw what she was telling me.
i saw him.
he was with his two other friends.
he looked over at me and smiled, then him and his friends started walking towards me.
omgomgomg. i described everybody else BUT hayden, how do you think she looks? what will happnen with the boy? i cant wait for next chapter! xoxo-
